Saem Electrical & Mechanical Services Ltd is a well established company operating mainly at Pafos for many years now.  The main operation of the company is the Electrical and Mechanical Services for Building Construction.

The company was officially registered on 29/09/1990 to the Cyprus Commerce and Industry, Company’s Law Department, although its operations started earlier in 1987.

After all these years of hard work and experience, Saem has been set as the leading and reliable company in Pafos and well recognised in Cyprus, in its field. As the demands in technology are continuously increasing Saem is determined to provide reliability and support to such technological advances providing at the same time an effective and extensive service by upgrading its services.

Since its operation, the company has successfully completed many projects such as:

Industrial,
Commercial,
Domestic Projects,
Shops,
Private Villas,
Tourist Villages and Complexes,
Shopping Centres and Offices,

The Company has also carried out Electrical and Mechanical works in the Public Sector such as:

Hospitals,

The company places a lot of importance on the skill and training of its employees, engineers, foremen and technicians and makes sure that they are all fully trained and receive the most updated technology information they need to do the work in a professional manner.

Since its existence, the company has set a remarkable progress on safety and quality. On February 22, 2005 the company was successfully awarded the certification CYS EN ISO 9001:2000 assuring thus its determination for further quality and success.

Today the company has initiated a very serious effort for the implementation of OHSAS 18001 certification for Health and Safety at Work and ISO 14001 certification for Environmental Protection. It is anticipated that the Company will achieve certification to both standards by the end of April 2007.

For the company, Quality Control is a continuous matter which applies to all levels and stages of process. Thus why this is of prime importance for the company and is being monitored continuously.

Its continuous growth strengthens its leadership in the local market.
The company soon is building its new headquarters, plant and stores, at Mesoyie area, creating thus an excellent working environment.
